Shipping Time

Most orders received before 5:00 PM will ship the same day provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ProMediaGear or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

For International Orders

Shipping costs start at around $35 for UPS/DHL. Items worth $300 or higher have a shipping rate of 8-10% of the total value of the order. Cheaper methods are available at your discretion. But we are not liable for any lost packages due to the lack of tracking numbers.

We accept PayPal as the international payment method. Please make sure that the shipping address recorded with your PayPal account matches the shipping address you provide during the checkout. If addresses do not match, we must ship the item to the address associated with the payment method (PayPal). We are not responsible for any fees that occurred due to the re-routing of packages.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.  ProMediaGear has no control over charges, nor can we predict what they may be. We cannot reduce the value of the items to save on duty. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Refusal of Delivery

Shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please do not refuse shipments as return shipping charges may be triple the amount of the original shipping cost. If the carrier returns the package back to us because of "refusal" we will deduct the cost of original shipping and any return shipping fees from the refund.

If a customer refuses or returns a package that is due for delivery and it is already en route back to ProMediaGear, but the customer changes their mind and wants to accept the package again, then the customer is responsible for the charges incurred which may be double or triple the original shipping cost.

Shipping to the European Union

Starting July 1, 2021, items imported to the European Union (EU) with a value of €22 (around $26) or less, will no longer be exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT). All goods sent will be subject to the local rate of VAT in your applicable countries.

Please consider the following before ordering if you are from the EU.

  • Depending on your European Union country, your VAT may range from 17% to 27%. This excludes any other duties or fees.
